HOW TO BEGIN YOUR MEDITATION
1) Find a Quiet place to relax and clear your mind. Listen to calming music and focus on being peaceful.
2) Focus on the here and now and let go of the past and the future.
3) Write down 3 goals for your day and for your meditation.
4) Write down 3 positive affirmations you have for your self.
5) Review the past 24 hours of your life and be proud of your positive behavior and apologies for your mistakes.
4) Thank your Higher Power, Source, Spirit or God for 3 things.
5) Ask your Higher Power, Source, Spirit or God for help acquiring or developing skills to obtain 3 things you need in life.
