HAPPINESS IS A SCIENCE
As I choose my courses and degrees since 1976,  I was careful to make sure that I could enhance my knowledge to help people learn how to be self sufficient and reliant. Courses included Spirituality, Death and Dying, Communication, physiology of how the body is effected by psychology, environment and experience.  This lead me to degrees in Christianity, Spirituality, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Communication, Family Therapy, Metaphysics and Holistic Life Coaching.

My 1st Master's Thesis was on using Assertiveness Training to help heroin addicts develop effective skills to obtain and sustain jobs and careers. My 2nd Master's Thesis was on ​"NEWTONIAN MEDICINE VS. QUANTUM PHYSICS APPROACH TO DISEASE", which allowed me the opportunity to use scientific methods to understand how feelings, emotions and non-medical intervention is effective in intervening psychological mental disease. Through my research, I discovered numerous scientifically proof that metaphysical mediations work in creating change in a persons psychological health.  

My approach to life has been common sense.  If an intervention is successful in helping you experience happiness, I am willing to explore the different ways it can be used in our daily life.  An example is how utilizing Affirmations (Positive statements about yourself) can reprogram your thoughts to be positive about yourself, if you make positive observations on a daily basis.  Another example is avoiding negative interactions like Television news, commercials and programs. You will discover a new positive focus on life if you limit or eliminate negative people, activities, and thoughts in your life for 4 weeks.
